Description

Privacy compliant health data as a service for AI development

Healthcare is entering a new era of precision and prevention, powered by data. However, access to large, diverse datasets remains a hurdle because it is constrained by privacy concerns and fragmented storage. With this in mind, the EU-funded PHASE IV AI project aims to develop new methods for generating synthetic health data, enabling AI innovation without exposing sensitive patient information. The project will create privacy-preserving pipelines and data services, as well as launch a European Health Data Market. Real-world tests, focusing on cancer, will show how AI can improve care while protecting patient privacy.
