RETAIL AND MARKETING REVIEW
Abstract
Purpose: The assessment and observation of critical service factors within the retail industry have garnered increased importance in recent times, due to their perceived ability to shape superior future strategies. The aim of this study is to investigate the service elements that are deemed essential by consumers in the retail sector, specifically targeting the grocery retail industry. Design/Methodology/Approach: Our methodological framework incorporates a systematic review of previous literature and a meta-analysis of past studies that highlight the pivotal service elements within the chosen industry. Following the evaluation of existing literature, 55 studies met the inclusion criteria and were selected for further investigation. The systematic review first compiled information from multiple studies, which was then followed by a meta-analysis. This enabled us to statistically analyze the empirical data from the chosen studies, thereby drawing significant conclusions. Findings: The analyses pinpoint that elements such as personal interaction attributes, product quality and availability, and reliable service are of utmost importance to consumers. Interestingly, customer satisfaction was the only outcome that was positively influenced by all the examined service attributes. Additionally, our findings underscore that certain moderators, such as geographic region and timing of the study, sway the relationship between service attributes and customer outcomes. Originality: Despite numerous meta-analyses attempting to pinpoint the key service attributes for consumers, to the best of our understanding, this study is the first to focus on the retail industry, specifically on hypermarkets, supermarkets, or grocery stores. Therefore, this research bridges a gap in the literature and offers a significant contribution to the academic community by proposing an agenda for future research on customer service factors. It also provides invaluable insight for retail managers, outlining numerous practical implications and offering guidance.

Abstract
This article examines the impact of digital influencers ' recommendations, especially Instagrammers, on the pur-chase intention of healthy food. In addition to the direct influence of source credibility on behavioral intention, the study also examines the influence of self-brand congruence and consumers' involvement with healthy food on purchase intention. To test research hypotheses, a quantitative study was conducted with 221 Portuguese con-sumers. High and low involvement with healthy food groups were classified by K-Means Clustering, and the analysis of the structure and the measurement models was performed by using Smart-PLS software. The results confirmed that Instagrammers' credibility drives self-brand congruence and purchase intention for healthy food. It was also confirmed that the involvement with healthy food moderates the influence of self-brand congruity and Instagrammers' credibility on consumers' intention to purchase healthy food, and that brand self-congruence partially mediates the influence of Instagrammers' credibility on purchase intention. Overall, this work offers rel-evant insights for both marketing managers and researchers, as it demonstrates the importance of considering the indirect effects of source credibility on purchase intention of healthy food and of comparing consumers with high and low product involvement to effectively evaluate the impact of digital influencers' in healthy food endorsement.

Abstract
In this paper, it is presented a field of view analysis of a time of flight sensor, that will be applied in a mobile robotics application. The sensor was configured in order to obtain a tradeoff between reactiveness and accuracy. It was used a microcontroller development board to acquire data and a manipulator to perform the movements, assuring repeatability and accuracy in the data acquisition process. The results of this paper will be used as an input to a simulation, in order to assist in the development of a mobile robotics application and also to be applied in educational contexts. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Abstract
Electronic fare payment systems have gained much popularity around the world. These systems adopt a convenient and almost instantaneous payment process for public transport while also gathering data regarding onboard transactions in public transport. Much information about public transport passengers can be extracted, such as travel patterns, activities performed, and travel behavior. Despite the continuous growth of studies regarding these systems, there is still a lack of research to understand occasional passengers’ movement, such as tourists. This work presents the state of the art in these areas and presents a proposal to explore AFC data to understand the mobility profiles of tourists. This manuscript represents an advance in the literature and opens doors to the definition of policies to promote less visited places and mobility services adapted to tourists’ needs, resulting in a positive impact on the city’s economy and the overall enjoyment of the city for tourists. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
