Abstract
This paper describes an environment to assess auditory emotional recognition based on a mobile application. The primary aim of this work is to provide a valuable instrument that can be used both in research and clinical settings, responding to the strong need of validated measures of emotional processing, especially in Portugal. The secondary aim is to acquire and study the participants' interaction behavior with the technological device (e.g. touch patterns, touch intensity), in search for a relationship with medical conditions, cognitive impairments, auditory emotional recognition capacities or socio-demographic indicators. This will establish the basis for the prediction of such aspects as a function of an individual's interaction with technological devices, potentially providing new diagnostic tools.

Abstract
The exponential growth of mobile usage in developing countries, the tendencies between the usage of Apps and Responsive Websites, the characteristics as well as advantages and disadvantages between the two, urge this study to be conducted. This study aims to compare the effectiveness, the efficiency, and satisfaction (usability) between different mobile solution: the Apps and the Responsive Website. User-Centered Design Methodology was used in this study with an example of street food in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. Some of the ethnographic methods are field observation, semi-structured interviews, and the creation of personas. These methods collect information to determine motivations and needs of the user. A mobile solution which will be created and evaluated as a prototype in its different stages of development is also proposed. It will also take into consideration the connection between social network sites and the platform because Facebook has lately become the second most important source of information after television in Cambodia. Eventually, a suggested prototype for this sort of street food in a developing country will be proposed as well as a robust framework comparing this prototype as Mobile Application and Mobile Responsive website platforms.

Abstract
Renewable energies are in constant growth and evolution, being a clean way to provide the energy required for the sustainable development of human society. In this context, energy storage systems are a key factor in the integration of renewable generation, because through them, the flexibility of the power system can be increased. Lead-acid batteries have been extensively used to provide electricity in isolated and rural locations, and could be integrated to the smart grid in order to improve its performance. However, this is a complex element due to its working principle, specifically during charging periods. In this paper, a general purpose model is formulated from a probabilistic point-of-view in order to determine the range of possible values of state-of-charge due to the uncertainty and to estimate the battery efficiency. A case study is analyzed and the results are compared with Monte Carlo Simulation approach in order to evaluate the proposed model. © 2016 IEEE.

Abstract
This paper proposes a robust optimization framework for energy hub management. It is well known that the operation of energy systems can be negatively affected by uncertain parameters, such as stochastic load demand or generation. In this regard, it is of high significance to propose efficient tools in order to deal with uncertainties and to provide reliable operating conditions. On a broader scale, an energy hub includes diverse energy sources for supplying both electrical load and heating/cooling demands with stochastic behaviors. Therefore, this paper utilizes the Information Gap Decision Theory (IGDT) to tackle this uncertainty as an efficient robust optimization tool with low complexity to ensure the optimal operation of the system according to the priorities of the decision maker entity. The proposed optimization framework is also implemented on a benchmark energy hub which includes different energy sources and evaluated under different working conditions. © 2017 IEEE.

Abstract
Recentemente a Universidade Aveiro caracterizou estrutural do monumento.
