This project involves the provision of consultancy services in research, innovation and development, with a particular focus on the scientific areas of “Data Management & Governance” and “Digital Transformation”. It builds on the work initiated in 2024, taking a further step towards formalising a governance model tailored to BPF’s specific operational, regulatory and strategic needs. The planned work forms part of a data governance strategy aimed at fostering innovation, efficiency and trust in the bank’s operations.
