Abstract
The emergence of Digital Twins (DT) in Industry 4.0 has enabled the decision support systems taking advantage of more effective recommendation systems (RS). Despite the RS's growing popularity and ability to support decision-makers, these face two significant challenges, cold-start and data sparsity, which limits the system's capability to provide effective and accurate decision support. This paper aims to address these issues by conducting a literature review, analysing the current research landscape, and identifying the main enabling methods, algorithms, and similarity measures to mitigate these challenges. The performed analysis enables the point out of future research directions for developing effective and accurate RS that empower decision-makers.

THINKING SKILLS AND CREATIVITY

Abstract
The Puzzle -based Learning approach has been applied to several fields of knowledge. In education research papers, the instructional usage of puzzles is considered to improve learners' motivation and engagement and help them to develop critical skills but difficulties concerning learners' interaction with puzzles have also been pointed out. Our paper investigates the dynamics of the concept of a puzzle and its interface to provide a better understanding of its form and functions, and help learners interact with puzzles. We consider Puzzle -based Learning tenets as well as their educational impacts on both critical thinking and learner engagement and provide an original proposal concerning the understanding of puzzles. Our proposal centered on the dynamics of puzzles bears conceptual and educational facets. Conceptually, puzzle dynamics is viewed as composed of two elements: a mechanism, the Puzzle Trigger, and a process, the Puzzle -Solving. From an educational point of view, the rationale for integrating Puzzle Triggers in Puzzle -based Learning is meant to help learners interact with puzzles and consequently become motivated and engaged in the Puzzle -Solving process. This way, learners' critical thinking skills are reinforced and focused on finding solutions to challenges. We illustrate the implementation of Puzzle Triggers and Puzzle -Solving by considering two instructional activities in a Software Development undergraduate course of an online learning Informatics Engineering Program.

JOURNAL OF SERVICES MARKETING

Abstract
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the challenges, interplay and potential directions for future service research to address the first three Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of no poverty, zero hunger and good health and well-being. Design/methodology/approach - This commentary examines how service research has addressed these SDGs in the literature, and through the development of a theory of change, the authors propose an agenda for service research going beyond serving, to enabling and transforming service systems, expanding the current focus on individual to community and population well-being through promotion and prevention.Findings - Service research has increasingly advocated human-centered approaches but requires a shift towards an all of humanity perspective. Individual and collective well-being have gained attention in service research, emphasizing the importance of considering collective well-being.Research limitations/implications - The commentary underscores the need for a comprehensive approach to develop services that contribute to the well-being of the human species. It calls for research that transcends dyadic interactions, considers systemic dynamics and broadens the focus from individual to collective and population well-being. Social implications - This paper discusses important societal issues of poverty, hunger and good health and well-being and the need for integrated and ecosystem approaches to develop equitable and sustainable solutions for collective well-being.Originality/value - While SDGs 1, 2 and 3 address individual goals, they collectively underpin the well-being of communities and societies.
