Abstract
This paper presents a counting system project for the Naturtejo Global Geopark, which is structured in two phases. The objective of the first phase was to develop, install and test an electronic system able to remotely count the number of visitors on the Naturtejo Geopark walking routes and touristic sites. The data is reported through a web interface. A Pilot test is currently installed on Trail PR3 – “Fossil’s Route”, near the village of Penha Garcia. Since May 2015, more than 6000 tourists where monitored. The second phase of the project aims to track tourists based on the detection of Wi-Fi signals generated by their smartphones. Thanks to data mining algorithms, useful insights can be extracted that helps to understand the behaviour of tourists when they travel around the large territory of the Geopark.

Abstract
In this paper, we present a Simulator Program that identifies the topologies and supports operation staff in decision-electrical power system operation consider load reestablishment procedures and topological possibilities to each event, offering a selection of the best settings. Facing a electrical power transmission system contingency, the Simulator considers the current state and uses special algorithms that detect the grid topology, interprets results and presents to the operators a rank of procedures with their respective degrees of reliability. For these actions the software Simulator make the circuits breakers states analysis and electric keys, load flow solution with the on line data, makes risk prediction and the mathematical analysis of remote sensing values. The software Simulator uses in some of his actions, special algorithms that are based on Paraconsistent Annotated Logic (PAL), which is a non-classical logic whose main property is to accept contradiction in their fundamentals. These algorithms based on PAL offer greater speed of processing and allows the Paraconsistent Simulator of topologies (ParaSimTop) to be implemented in real time.

Abstract
Given a log L, a control-flow discovery algorithm f, and a quality metric m, this paper faces the following problem: what are the parameters in f that mostly influence its application in terms of m when applied to L? This paper proposes a method to face this problem, based on sensitivity analysis, a theory which has been successfully applied in other areas. Clearly, a satisfactory solution to this problem will be crucial to bridge the gap between process discovery algorithms and final users. Additionally, recommendation techniques and meta-techniques like determining the representational bias of an algorithm may benefit from solutions to the problem considered in this paper. The method has been evaluated over a set of logs and two different miners: the inductive miner and the flexible heuristic miner, and the experimental results witness the applicability of the general framework described in this paper.

Abstract
Searching for health information is one of the most popular activities on the Web. In this domain, users frequently encounter difficulties in query formulation, either because they lack knowledge of the proper medical terms or because they misspell them. To overcome these difficulties and attempt to retrieve higher-quality content, we developed a query suggestion system that provides alternative queries combining the users' native language and English language with lay and medico-scientific terminology. To assess how the language and terminology impact the use of suggestions, we conducted a user study with 40 subjects considering their English proficiency, health literacy and topic familiarity. Results show that suggestions are used most often at the beginning of search sessions. English suggestions tend to be preferred to the ones formulated in the users' native language, at all levels of English proficiency. Medico-scientific suggestions tend to be preferred to lay suggestions at higher levels of health literacy.
