Work description
Processing of physiological data (pre-processing, filtering, extraction of key correlations in the time, frequency, and time-frequency domains). Development and validation of machine learning models for calculating occupational health indicators. Integration, management, and analysis of data from wearable monitoring devices. Experimental evaluation of developed algorithms and their deployment. Support in data collection and documentation of the work performed.
Academic Qualifications
Mestrado em Engenharia Biomédica, Bioinformática, Eletrotécnica, Informática ou área semelhante.
Minimum profile required
Experience in biomedical data processing.Knowledge of machine learning and advanced statistics.Experience in scientific programming (e.g., Python and/or MATLAB) and code management tools.Good knowledge of written and spoken scientific English.
Preference factors
Prior experience in developing algorithms for biomedical data processing and machine learning techniques in the healthcare field. Prior experience in preparing for biomedical data collection and its management and monitoring. Prior experience in a hospital setting in the field of biomedical engineering.
