Work description
- Preliminary studies on computer vision systems for recognizing and estimating the 6DoF position of objects; - Study of artificial intelligence algorithms and their comparison; - Implementation and testing in a laboratory environment, considering the precise picking of objects by an industrial robot; - Write the scholarship activity report;
Academic Qualifications
Master's student in Electrical and Computer Engineering and related areas.
Minimum profile required
Knowledge in programming (C, C++, Python languages), AI, sensors and actuators used in robotics as well as automation systems.
Preference factors
Previous participation in extracurricular and extension activities/training related to automation/robotics and/or computer vision and AI
