Work description

Study and implementation of co-location system, between mobile and head-mounted robots, displays based on artificial markers; Study and implementation of a simultaneous mapping and localization system with heterogeneous devices (mobile robots and head-mounted displays); Implementation of a head-mounted application to generate holograms with information from mobile robots; Implementation and testing of the selected methods in a laboratory prototype.

Academic Qualifications

Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering and related areas

Minimum profile required

Proven experience in applying simultaneous mapping and localization (SLAM) algorithms for robotics applications; Experience using LiDAR and IMU sensors; Experience in the ROS framework 1; Experience in the following programming languages: C, C++.

Preference factors

Previous experience in the application of visual odometry algorithms.
