Management Support
The Management Support Service (AG) facilitates effective decision-making in the governing bodies of INESC TEC: General Council, Board of Directors, Executive Board and Council of R&D Centres. In addition to its operational focus, it also assists the Board of Directors in streamlining internal strategic initiatives. With a cross-cutting perspective, it ensures institution-wide coordinated information management, and seeks to improve current processes and procedures, namely by developing data-driven recommendations and solutions.
