As Head of the Management Support Serice (AG – Apoio à Gestão), I ensure the operationalisation of effective decision-making in the governing bodies of INESC TEC and direct support to strategic initiatives of the Board of Directors. My responsibilities also include the supervision of the institute's information management and the promotion of continuous improvement, namely by fostering business processes’ analysis and improvement.

Academically, I hold a MSc. degree in Economics and Human Resources Management by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, since 2012. Previously, I got a BSc. degree in International Relations at University of Minho, in 2002. I completed an Executive MBA at PBS – Porto Business School in 2023 and, in 2017, I concluded an advanced training in Business Process Management at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto.
