Abstract
The diffusion of new digital technologies renders digital transformation relevant to nearly every economic activity sector, including in the agriculture sector. Farming and how farmers work is changing, the use of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) together with the increased use of the Internet of Things (IoT) is developing a concept that is called Smart Farming. Smart Farming benefits are tremendous, smart data can be used for seed traits and to treat soil conditions, the use of new technologies can offer unprecedented conveniences and improve the management and quality of agriculture farming. The use of new information systems and services will be more and more used to sustain and improve operations, competitiveness, and profitability in the agriculture sector. However, the massive use of technology comes with inherent security risks and vulner-abilities, and the sector finds itself targeted as never before. In this paper, using an empirical methodology, are highlighted some reflections regarding the security challenges that Smart Farming systems face.

Urban Mobility Digitalization: Towards Mobility as a Service (MaaS)

Abstract
Population in the cities grows every day posing new challenges that need to be properly addressed throughout the planning and design of sustainable and smart cities - cities of the future. Mobility is an important issue considering social inclusion and the sustainable development of such cities. Thus, future mobility will have an increased importance when having to plan and design the cities of tomorrow. A key component of any future mobility and its metabolism is what is known as Mobility as a Service (MaaS), representing emerging opportunities from any type or mode of transportation in future cities. Through an empirical and explorative research methodology, this paper presents the main APP's/platforms characteristics, regarding the European territory, towards an integrated and sustainable mobility. Concluding, we present some features and trends that should be considered in the development of future MaaS systems, allowing a more convenient provision of versatile and attractive mobility services. © 2018 IEEE.

Abstract
The economic and social challenges felt in recent years because of the financial crisis impact wave were somehow attenuated by the silent work provided by the third sector institutions. Therefore, the incessant instability of the markets, as well as the population life-expectancy increasing and the implications thereof require new approaches towards pointing strategies to mitigate these problematic situations. For that reason, the development of technological solutions and applications for the private social solidarity institutions is an utmost challenge towards guaranteeing their sustainability and efficiency over time. The adoption of such solutions should be properly conceived to enhance their efficiency of the daily routines and to fulfill and inclusion of all users, while trying to reduce the technological literacy. The development of a technological framework to support the adoption of the practices, selection of technical requirements, and functionalities is seen as a great contribution for setting the roadmap that should be followed. Project Portfolio Management Strategies for Effective Organizational Operations

Abstract
The project management area uses several techniques and tools to identify, select, monitor and manage the projects portfolio of the organizations. However, these techniques still present problems and difficulties which, sometimes, inhibit their use. Project Portfolio Management (PPM) is considered a problem of considerable difficulty and complexity, which requires its constant monitoring by the organization, according to the strategic guidelines chosen. Thus, this paper presents an innovative approach for selecting the portfolio of projects by using DEA, and the development of a set of generic indicators, to support the decision makers in considering multiple projects. Each decision maker can use all or some of the indicators proposed, thus each one's knowledge, sensitivity and intuition are taken into account, namely for indicators such as risk perception, level of innovation, market clock speed, project's complexity.

Abstract
During the last decade, the use and evolution of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in industry have become unavoidable. The emergence of the Industry Internet of Things (IIoT) promoted new challenges in logistic domain, which might require technological changes such as: high need for transparency (supply chain visibility); integrity control (right products, at the right time, place, quantity condition and at the right cost) in the supply chains. These evolvements introduce the concept of Logistics 4.0. In this paper, it is presented some reflections regarding the adequate requirements and issues enabling organizations to be efficient, and fully operational in Logistics 4.0 context. Abstract
Currently Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) support most of the industrial manufacturing processes. The IT revolution has brought an important transformation in organizations with high impacts, which are comparable to the mechanization and electricity brought in the first and second industrial revolution. This evolvement has promoted the emergence of cloud-based systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, Industry 4.0, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and CYOD (Choose Your Own Device) trends. However, new technological solutions always carry security vulnerabilities, which most of time reveal unexpected risks. In fact, with increasing reliance on technology to gain competitive advantage, security issues have been one of the most critical and challenging requirements for conducting successful business. In this paper, it is highlighted some reflections regarding the challenges of Industry 4.0 emphasizing the security issues, towards raising awareness for security good practices within Industry 4.0.
