Predicting Cybersecurity Risk - A Methodology for Assessments

Abstract
Defining an appropriate cybersecurity incident response model is a critical challenge that all companies face on a daily basis. However, there is not always an adequate answer. This is due to the lack of predictive models based on data (evidence). There is a significant investment in research to identify the main factors that can cause such incidents, always trying to have the most appropriate response and, consequently, enhancing response capacity and success. At the same time, several different methodologies assess the risk management and maturity level of organizations. There is, however, a gap in determining an organization's degree of proactive responsiveness to successfully adopt cybersecurity and an even more significant gap in assessing it from a risk management perspective. This paper proposes a model to evaluate this capacity, a model that intends to evaluate the methodological aspects of an organization and indicates the apparent gaps that can negatively impact the future of the organization in the management of cybersecurity incidents and presents a model that intends to be proactive.

Abstract
O tema da revisão sistemática é “how is artificial intelligence (AI) being used in Higher Education (HE) today, involving tree dimensions: learning with AI, learning about AI and learning for AI”.;The systematic review process of research literature continues to be a very time and human resource expensive process. With the objective of optimizing this process we intend to study the performance of Microsoft Cognitive Search service which contains artificial intelligence capabilities. In this work the search service tool was configured and parameterized (search solution) to produce a classification ranking of the research articles. These were manually analysed to infer on the performance of the search solution. The topic of the systematic review is “how is artificial intelligence (AI) being used in Higher Education (HE) today, involving tree dimensions: learning with AI, learning about AI and learning for AI”.

Abstract
Serious Games use game strategies to encourage participants to make decisions and face challenges in a training environment; the more interactive the game, the more engaged the participants are with the content. Moreover, the best way to train is to simulate and identify scenarios for decision making, recreating situations, and strategies for learning. The Serious Games for training have this purpose. A Serious Game for Training can be refined with a game narrative, a methodology centered on the player to present independent and straightforward scenarios, giving solutions through the game story. The challenge is to rethink a unique narrative according to the individual player's experience. The present systematic literature review aims to answer which are the benefits of using Design Thinking for serious game narratives; the benefits of learning theories; the Design Thinking benefits for innovative solutions; and how game design elements can create an engaging Serious Game experience.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe the construction process and the evidence of content validity of SCARA, a prototype of a technological system to support language and communication rehabilitation in people with aphasia, providing a tool that serves both patients and health professionals who accompany the respective recovery process. The process followed four stages: internal phase of the program's organization, with research in the literature and analysis of the materials available in the Portuguese market; construction of the SCARA prototype; evaluation by experts; and data analysis. A Content Validity Index was calculated to determine the level of agreement between the experts. The level of agreement between experts showed the validity of SCARA. SCARA has shown to help the work of the speech-language pathologist and persons with aphasia, contributing to a higher therapeutic quality, enhancing linguistic recovery, and compensating for the impossibility of direct support more frequently and/or prolonged intervention.

Journal of Engineering Research and Sciences

Abstract
Requirements Engineering is an evolving field facing new challenges. One of the central conundrums is sustainability in software. The possibility of using known creativity techniques while introducing the dimensions of sustainability to help provide unexpected, original, practical, and sustainable answers in software development is challenging and motivating. This paper proposes an approach, CRESustain, incorporating sustainability dimensions when introducing creativity techniques in the Requirements Engineering process. CRESustain uses various creativity techniques considered appropriate for the different stages of the RE process. It is inspired by the Sustainable Development Goals, creative problem-solving methods, and the Karlskrona Manifesto. The methodology applied to give materiality to the outcome of this work was Design Science Research, a research paradigm that uses knowledge to solve problems, generate new knowledge and insights, and results in an artefact. The main results indicate that the approach stimulates discussion about sustainability in technical, economic, social, human, and environmental dimensions focusing on the Sustainable Development Goals and people's needs.
