Abstract
The aim of this work is to give an overview on the development of theoretical concepts and methodological approaches to investigate innovation networks, in particular the use of social network analysis in the study of university industry relations. The structure of networks can be analysed through the lens of Social Network Analysis. This methodological approach is described and its fundamental concepts are presented. The paper then reviews the applications of this approach on the study of university industry relations. These relations can be considered as an innovation network, in the sense that the interactions established by its participants have more or less defined innovation goals. Different structures in the relations may result in different innovation outcomes, and the use of SNA may be particularly useful to understand differential outcomes. It is thus important to take stock of the knowledge concerning the efforts that have been made to probe the complex phenomena of university industry relations and, in particular, how approaches based on social network analysis have been used to understand it. This work is based on a review of available literature on the topics. The paper aims at systematizing the information and knowledge related to the application of SNA on university industry networks, highlighting the main research pathways, the main conclusions and pointing possible future research questions.

Abstract
A manufacturing system often consists of multiple units as workcells with complex work systems to achieve the desired outcomes in an efficient and effective manner. Uncertain events such as machine down time or scheduled maintenance are unavoidable in any manufacturing unit. In this paper, we are trying to find the maximum workload of the remaining machines to fulfill the production requirements. To achieve this, a dynamic workload adjustment strategy has been proposed with dynamic upgradation of residual life distribution model. With parallel configurations and different benchmark instances the simulation experiments has been conducted to evaluate the degradation rate of different units. Results show that the proposed method is effective for finding the residual life of multi-unit systems.

COLLABORATIVE NETWORKS OF COGNITIVE SYSTEMS
Abstract
Collaborative networks (CNs) of organizations are nowadays complex and intertwined compositions of technological, cognitive and social artifacts. The design of such compositions should be addressed as a socio-technical endeavor as a way to maximize the success probability. In despite of intensive research in this community, much has to be explored to achieve sound contributions to a design theory of CNs. In this paper, we make use of the context intervention -mechanism-outcome logic (CIMO-logic) as a way to improve the design propositions component of a CN design theory. Variations of the concept of "mechanism" are explored with the goal of making clearer the socio-technical perspective in the design propositions. This theoretical exploration is illustrated with a case of transforming an industrial business association (IBA) in a digital collaborative network.

Abstract
This paper aims to contribute to the lack of design knowledge on digital platforms (DPs), by studying the new and specific context of DPs managed by industrial business associations (IBAs) to improve the inter- nationalisation of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). A specific objective is to elicit detailed digital plat- form ?s requirements and features for this particular organisational context. A design science research (DSR) approach is adopted to develop design propositions (the artifact), following the context -intervention -me- chanism -outcome logic (CIMO-logic). The design propositions are derived for DPs that can support different types of generative mechanisms of social interaction: information sharing, collaboration, and collective action. The design propositions are obtained by balancing empirical knowledge based on interviews performed with IBAs and SMEs in Portugal and in the UK, with theoretical knowledge from the literature of information systems, DPs and collaborative networks (CNs). The utility of the design propositions is further evaluated by experts and IBAs. The findings are proved to be relevant for practice, mainly for IBAs, SMEs, and digital platform designers to develop more effective collaborative DPs and sociotechnical systems, supporting CNs and the internationalisa- tion needs of SMEs. The knowledge generated in this study brings new design knowledge on DPs, contributing with design propositions translated into tangible and concrete requirements and capabilities, situated in a specific context and empirical setting.

Abstract
The wheelchair user population has special requirements that should be met. However, existing anthropometric data for this specific population are limited. This article characterizes and compares the available literature on anthropometric data of wheelchair users to allow for better understandings and use of data in future studies. A systematic literature review was conducted, where inclusion and exclusion criteria were defined. Forty-one articles were selected to be included in this review. The results show that there is limited information available on wheelchair users' anthropometrics. There is a lack of consistency between studies, regarding the measurements collected, samples used and methods applied. These methodological issues and differences between studies make it difficult to ensure good comparisons of databases and populations and proper designs of spaces and equipment. This study provides valuable information for future studies that need to use anthropometric data, for research and development of new products targeting wheelchair users.
