Abstract
Bread is one of the most consumed staple food by man. However, its high salt level has been while of concern, especially because of the relationship between salt intake and Hipertension development, with high prevalence in Portugal. The purpose of this study was to analyse the sodium content in white bread, the most consumed bread by Portuguese. This study was developed in two different phases, March and May. To quantify the sodium level, flame photometry technique has been used, previously validated for the study. The bread samples were acquired in 80 different bakeries located in 12 different areas of Oporto city. The sodium concentration in bread samples ranged between 344 mg/100g and 718 mg/100g (mean 534 mg/100g, standard deviation 30 mg/100g). There was no significant association between the weight of the bread and its sodium concentration. The principal component decomposition of the studied variables allows the observation of the different characteristics of the evaluated areas of Oporto.

Abstract
The first's library projects occur some years ago with digitization, but just in 1996, the first's web archive initiatives start occurring. Such, was based in the Internet growth and in its increasing use, items that revealed to be an opportunity to transform and readapt the traditional library services. In this context, search engines play a fundamental role of support to the new paradigm of knowledge, by capturing, storing and providing access to the resources, allowing the existence of a digital library in each computer with internet access. In this article we analyze the ways of developing a digital library, taking higher attention to the web harvesting technique, and presenting digital libraries capabilities and limitations. Then we fully summarize relevant projects and initiatives, to finally study the role of search engines in what concerns to, digital preservation, access and information diffusion.

Abstract
After a continuously development in on-line availability, most of the countries are close to reach the highest point of public services maturity. The future of e-Gov should now go through accessibility questions and m-Gov, providing a new set of user-centred services, personalized and based on alerts that could be programmed taking into account knowledge based in the localization of the user. In this article we will analyze the stage of e-Gov in Europe based in a report of the European Commission, which allows, the realization of a comparative analysis of the evolution occurred between 2004 and 2006 in the 28 countries part of the study. Following, we analyze the case of Portugal, pointing out some of the reasons to the success of the measures applied. Finally we project the future of e-Gov in terms of accessibility questions, platform access independence and user-centred services.

Abstract
In Portugal, e-Gov is considered to be a key feature in the process of continuously developing an Information Society becoming itself a vital process in the context of modernizing public administration. Its higher priority it's to improve the quality of public services through the use of ICT (Information and Communications Technology). Although some great examples, Portugal still presents some low values in the main measures of ICT, when compared to the majority of European countries, The low investment, a almost inexistence in ICT qualification and the reduced knowledge that enterprises and citizens have about e-Gov potentiality's, are some of the obstacles to a higher success of e-Gov. In this context, we consider important to verify, as they are going to be the futures employees of public administration, the knowledge of public administration high students have about e-Gov, what it's the importance they gave to it, what services they now, use and propose.
