Work description
-Develop scientific activity in the area of software engineering to support projects in the areas of Computer Vision and Machine Learning. -Support the technical tasks of the CONVERGE, CINDERELLA, HfPT, New Space Portugal, PHASE IV AI e PLURIANUAL LA projects. -Develop scientific activity towards the scientific production for international journals and conferences, guidance of junior researchers, as well as coordination and participation in scientific and technological dissemination initiatives. -Implementation of R&D projects, including occasional activities of coordination and management, support the valorisation of the knowledge and results obtained in the course of the developed activities, including intellectual property rights.
Academic Qualifications
National, foreigner and stateless candidates holding a MSc degree in Informatics Engineering, or related scientific area, and holders of a scientific and technical curriculum showing a relevant profile for the activity to be developed, can apply for the tender.
Minimum profile required
Research experience compatible with the research assistant category. Previous experience in carrying out international research projects in software engineering tasks in the areas of computer vision and machine learning.
Preference factors
Previous experience in writing scientific and technical documents resulting from research activities.
