Work description
The work plan includes research, development, implementation, and validation of sensor fusion algorithms and CAN/ISOBUS communication interfaces for precision fertilization agricultural systems, including integration into ARM microcontrollers, connection to sensors and actuators, communication testing, bench validation, and support for experimental integration within the SMARTFERTILIZERS2Market project.
Academic Qualifications
Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related field, with active enrollment in a doctoral program.
Minimum profile required
Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or related fields;Active enrollment in a doctoral program;Knowledge of programming in C/C++ and/or Python;Knowledge of embedded systems and ISOBUS;Knowledge of sensory data acquisition and processing.
Preference factors
Experience with CAN, CANopen, J1939 or ISOBUS buses; Experience with ARM microcontrollers; Experience in firmware for embedded systems; Experience in sensor and actuator integration; Experience in electronics applied to agricultural machinery, robotics or automation systems; Experience in experimental testing and prototype validation.
