Robotics for Agriculture and Forestry

Work description

The work plan includes the design and adaptation of mechanical components to facilitate the installation of smart traps in real-world settings, the assembly, testing, and validation of prototypes, support for preparing units to be delivered to end users, and technical monitoring of communication and server services associated with system operation.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum profile required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;Experience in developing mechanical solutions using CAD tools, preferably Fusion 360;Experience in rapid prototyping and 3D printing;Ability to assemble, test, and validate prototypes;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preference factors

Experience in developing solutions for agriculture; Experience in designing components for field installation; Experience in mechanical integration of electronic or IoT devices; Basic knowledge of communication systems, servers, or IoT platforms.
