Work description
The work to be developed by the Researcher is part of the activities of the Alliance for Energy Transition (ATE) project, which aims to develop and industrialize new technologies to support the decarbonization of society, taking advantage of technological and scientific knowledge in the field of Energy in Portugal, with 55 companies and 27 universities/research and technology organizations. The activities will be developed in the field of intelligent electrical grid operations, specifically focused on accelerating the digitization of energy networks, and adopting artificial intelligence techniques, with the fundamental goal of optimizing the operation of electrical systems.
Academic Qualifications
Master in electrical and computer engineering
Minimum profile required
- Professional experience in electrical power systems.- Experience with commercial software for electrical network analysis (PSSE and/or DigSilent).- Advanced experience in a programming language (e.g., Python).
Preference factors
- Experiência no desenvolvimento e aplicação de algoritmos de aprendizagem automática a problemas de engenharia. - Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de bibliotecas Python. - Fluência em Inglês (escrito e falado).
