Work description

The work will be carried out within the scope of the automotive sector, with the objective of increasing the complexity of design without increasing the complexity of production, in addition to bringing innovation and increasing the competitiveness of the sector. During this project, it is expected to develop an application for robotic functional printing on parts with complex geometries focused on the following tasks: (i) visualization of 3D models in the application based on a 3D scan file of parts, (ii) projection / mapping of a 2D image on the object's 3D surface, (iii) application user interface, and (iv) generation of points and orientations for a robotic manipulator to follow in order to print functional circuits on 3D parts. It is also planned to prepare the support documentation for the developed application.
