Work description

Fabrication of waveguides by direct writing with femtosecond laser; Simulation and manufacturing of lenses and integration into microfluidics systems; Simulation and fabrication of microfluidics channels for 2D and 3D hydrodynamic focusing of microparticles; Characterization of the developed devices.

Academic Qualifications

BSc in Engineering Physics or similar areas of knowledge.

Minimum profile required

Knowledge in the field of optics. Skills in microfabrication using direct writing with a femtosecond laser.

Preference factors

Experience in manufacturing waveguides using direct writing with a femtosecond laser and characterizing them. Experience in 3D micromachining using femtosecond exposure and wet etching.
