Work description
- identification of strategies applied by food retailers in Portugal; - mapping of store operations inherent to the strategies; - survey of the times, costs, and waste inherent to the operation; - analysis of consumer perception of the different strategies; - comparative analysis of the different strategies based on the data collected.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Management.
Minimum profile required
Minimum grade of 15 (in 20) in Logistics.Minimum grade of 15 (in 20) in Quality, Environment, and Occupational Safety.Good level of Portuguese language.Experience in food retail operations.
Preference factors
Good level of English language. Project experience.
