Work description
Survey and analysis of the state of the art, identifying the main solutions, components, and relevant methodologies. Experimental characterization of the crystal, including setup definition, selection of measurement parameters, data acquisition, and results analysis. Study and definition of the optical bonding process, including the selection, acquisition, and integration of components, namely SESAM and VCSEL. Development of models and simulations in LASCAD, with definition of input parameters, analysis of predicted performance, and comparison with experimental results. Practical training in assembly and alignment of optical systems, characterization of laser components, numerical simulation techniques, data analysis, and experimental research methodologies.
