Work description

The project will adopt a design science research methodology with an application to the design of AI-enabled services in the energy domain. The plan of work involves the following stages: 1. Literature review and state of the art of human-centred and data-driven approaches to the development of AI enabled services. 2. Development of an approach that integrates AI capability analysis with human-centered approaches to understand user experiences and envision new services. 3. Implementation of the approach for the development of a new energy efficiency AI enabled service within INESC TEC projects. 4. Evaluation of the proposed service and design approach.

Academic Qualifications

Master's degree in Informatics Engineering and Computing, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related areas.

Minimum profile required

English language proficiency.

Preference factors

Experience in European projects in the area.
