Work description
- Survey and study of medical image pre-processing and processing systems; - Survey and study of medical image processing systems and frameworks in parallel and HPC environments; - Design and development of medical image pre-processing and processing components in HPC environments; - Implementation of proof of concept and evaluation scenarios of the developed components; - Production of progress reports and scientific articles.
Academic Qualifications
- Enrollment in a doctoral program in computer science or computer engineering.
Minimum profile required
- Knowledge of Linux systems;- Knowledge of distributed systems;- Knowledge of application development;- Knowledge of machine and deep learning model development;- Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.· Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages.
Preference factors
Knowledge and experience in HPC; Knowledge and experience in medical image processing; Knowledge and experience in machine and deep learning; Experience in producing technical reports and scientific articles.
