Engineering
Work description
1. Study and propose circuit architectures for the control of electronic devices (Schottky diodes, memristors), with emphasis on scalability and integration efficiency. 2. Design, simulate, and prototype control circuits tailored to the selected electronic devices. 3. Collaborate in the development of antenna prototypes integrating the electronic devices. 4. Support the preparation and submission of a scientific publication based on the results. 5. Prepare the technical activity report within the scope of the research grant.
Academic Qualifications
MSc in Electrical Engineering, or similar. The awarding of the grant is dependent on the applicants' enrolment in study cycle or non-award courses of Higher Education Institutions.
Minimum profile required
• Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics, and experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., LTspice, Cadence, Keysight ADS).
Preference factors
- Experience with non-conventional semiconductor devices (e.g., Schottky diodes, memristors) or reconfigurable antennas. - Previous involvement in R&D projects and/or co-authorship of scientific publications.
