Work description
• Develop optimization algorithms for predictive energy management; • Model consumption, renewable generation, storage and CO2 emissions; • Test the algorithms in ceramic industrial scenarios; • Assess technical, economic and environmental performance; • Prepare a technical report and a scientific article.
Academic Qualifications
Master in electrical engineering or similar
Minimum profile required
• Experience in Python;• Knowledge of optimization algorithms;• Knowledge of energy systems.
Preference factors
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, spoken and written; • Experience in applied optimization; • Knowledge of energy markets; • Experience with storage, renewables and CO2 emissions.
