Work description

1. Analysis of the state of the art related with antenna reconfigurability techniques. 2. Study of previous works involving the use of memristors in reconfigurable antenna applications. 3. Design of test fixtures for subsequent fabrication, suitable for the experimental RF characterization of memristor devices. 4. Conduct experimental RF characterization of memristor devices previously fabricated. 5. Design of equivalent circuit model for the fabricated memristor devices using the experimentally measured data, followed by the validation of the model using 3D electromagnetic simulation. 6. Prepare the submission of a journal paper. 7. Write the grant activities report.

Academic Qualifications

MSc in Electrical Engineering, or similar

Minimum profile required

- Author of 1 journal paper in the area of antenna design. Experience with 3D electromagnetic simulation tools

Preference factors

- Experience in the experimental characterization of RF devices. Previous publications in the field of antenna design.
