Digital models for weeding robots

[Open soon]

Work description

Within the scope of the AgroBoost project, INESC TEC will develop a robotic solution for weeding operations in an orchard setting, based on the Modular-X robotic platform. The work will focus on the study, development, and validation of digital models capable of supporting the robot's perception, decision-making, and actions in this type of task. The activities will be developed in conjunction with INIAV, using experimental orchards of that institution as the application context.
