Work description
The project is divided into three sequential tasks in which the candidate will be involved: 1) application of service design methodologies and data analysis to understand and map the dynamics of multimodal transport; 2) demand analysis and forecasting; 3) development of learning methods for mobility demand. This is a collaborative position and the candidate is expected to work with other team members.
Minimum profile required
Scientific expertise in quantitative and qualitative decision-support methods, in the area of Industrial Engineering and Management or similar. High autonomy. Fluency in OOP languages such as C++ or Python. Proficiency in English.
Preference factors
Experience with mathematical programming, metaheuristics, and data science methods. Good communication skills. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Experience in publishing scientific papers.
