Work description
Development of strategies for the automatic analysis of computed tomography images to improve the prediction of coronary artery disease (CAD). The work plan of this grant consists of the development of deep learning methods for the prediction of CAD and calcifications. Moreover, explainability methods will be developed to support the decisions of automatic methods.
Academic Qualifications
Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related;
Minimum profile required
- Master's average equal to or greater than 14;- Experience in computer vision and/or deep learning
Preference factors
- Experience in Python and PyTorch/Keras; - Willingness to pursue a PhD in the area.
