Work description
Investigate and propose new multimodal deep learning algorithms to combine information on cardiovascular activity obtained from heart sound signals, electrocardiogram, and photoplethysmography. Investigate the inclusion of prior knowledge about the application domain in the design of deep learning algorithms for cardiovascular disease detection.
Academic Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum profile required
Msc grade greater than or equal to 16 out of 20. Experience in Python. Experience in deep learning.
Preference factors
Experience in publishing scientific articles. Experience in physics-informed neural networks.
