Work description
The activities will take place at FCUP, with regular visits and meetings at the IPO Porto facilities. Management and annotation of endoscopy images and videos resulting from the partnership with the IPO. Use of specialized software to annotate and organize data for processing and possible publication, as well as managing relationships with national and international hospital partners. Training in computer vision for scientific production in the area of endoscopic image analysis algorithms.
Academic Qualifications
PhD in Biology
Minimum profile required
BSc in Biology with at least 15 final average grade (out of 20 points)MSc in Biology with at least 18 final average grade (out of 20 points)PhD in BiologyMinimum of 4 journal publications as first author.
Preference factors
Previous experience in the use of commercial medical image annotation software, with preference for gastric endoscopy images.
