Artificial Intelligence applied to Mobile Robotics - HCI
Work description
The 3-month work plan is divided into the following tasks: Month 1: Technological survey and selection of Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and LLM tools suitable for the use case. Definition of the system architecture. Month 2: Development of the central interaction module: integration of speech recognition, sending formatted prompts to LLM, and conversion of text-to-audio responses. Month 3: Final integration into the target system/application, usability and latency testing, and writing of the final activity report.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum profile required
Students enrolled in a master's degree program in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Preference factors
Knowledge of programming, familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) APIs and natural language processing and speech recognition libraries/systems.
