Artificial Intelligence Applied to Cardiovascular Imaging

Work description

The main focus of this position is the development and validation of computer vision algorithms for the detection of extracardiac findings in cardiac magnetic resonance images. The responsabilities of this position are the collection and management of data relevant for the project, the review of the state of the art and the development and validation of novel algorithms.

Academic Qualifications

Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related;

Minimum profile required

- Masters grade point average equal to or greater than 17/20;- Minimum of one indexed peer-reviewed publication (Scopus)- Competences in Python and specifically PyTorch/Tensorflow;- Previous experience in medical image research projects;

Preference factors

Experience in anomaly detection applications.
