Accounting and Finance
The Accounting and Finance service is responsible for coordinating and executing the accounting activities, for fulfilling all fiscal obligations and for managing INESC TEC´s cash flow, ensuring that there are enough funds to meet the payments due. In this context, the service acts as a mediator between the institute and external parties, according to the guidelines provided by the Board. From an administrative perspective, it is also responsible for the purchasing and travel processes and for managing the institute’s insurances and fixed assets.
