Abstract
Nowadays global population and energy consumption and resources use are increasing, which means that the current consumption levels are unsustainable and a new approach for businesses of energy companies is required. This paper aims to conduct a systematic review of the literature about sustainable business models (SBM) in the energy sector. The main object of this study is to identify the current challenges and changes in business models in the energy sector to account for sustainability concerns. In this paper, 23 articles published in the last 5 years (Jan 2018 to Jun 2022) were selected and reviewed based on a meta-analysis. The articles were obtained from Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases departing from an appropriate set of keywords. The result of this study illustrates the importance of SBM in the energy sector and the important factors considered in their development.

TECHNOLOGIES, MARKETS AND POLICIES: BRINGING TOGETHER ECONOMICS AND ENGINEERING

Abstract
Today, the growth of population, the cities expansion, and the continuous quest for economic growth worldwide have brought a set of new problems associated with the increasing use and depletion of resources. Society faces fundamental challenges reaching a sustainable energy supply, which should ensure a clean and affordable energy provision. Therefore, the consumers' behavior and their willingness to actively participate in the energy market will have a fundamental role in attaining a sustainable future. Solutions to mitigate global climate change should be grounded in a rigorous understanding of energy demand, particularly the factors that drive energy demand. This research is aimed to evaluate consumers' willingness to participate in demand-side management (DSM). For this purpose, agent-based modeling (ABM) was used. Data on DSM acceptance and consumers' flexibility was available based on a survey conducted in Portugal including the socio-economic characterization of the respondents and the assessment of their willingness to participate in DSM programs. According to this methodology, the consumer is defined as an agent. For consumer agents, effective factors were defined and assessed. In this paper, simulation was run with NetLogo software, and the result showed the importance of the agents' social network on their willingness to participate.

International Conference on Quality Engineering and Management

Abstract
Purpose - Supply Chain Management (SCM) is one of the most important parts of business, which includes supply chain quality management (SCQM) and supply chain risk management (SCRM). One of the consequences of an epidemic outbreak can be a lack of reliable data and difficulty in accessing this information, which can simultaneously disrupt supply and demand. Because epidemics of infectious diseases such as Covid-19 cause many deaths worldwide. Therefore, in order to effectively control these epidemics and also to prevent the failure of health systems and laboratory services, having a quality management program and supply chain risk management seems to be essential. The main purpose of this article is to carefully review the studies that have analyzed the results of SCQM, SCRM techniques of different countries and industries in response to the COVID-19 crisis. Design/methodology/approach - In this research, studies pursue and assess the problems and solutions based on a systematic literature review analysis. Findings - By considering the researches which have been done related to disruptions of COVID-19, - important disruptions and risk management plans are mentioned to provide a better comprehension of this issue. Research limitations/implications - Since this global pandemic is a completely new issue, analyzing and gathering reliable statics from companies was very a complicated task. In a different circumstance, exploring hidden disruptions costs and other related issues is continuing since thspread of this disease is not finished yet. Therefore, access to the related data for experts is limited that leads to publishing fewer case studies researches in this filed. Originality/value - In this paper, the implication of the pandemic situation (COVID-19) is investigated for SCQM.

Abstract
Today, the growth of telecommunication technology and increase the number of subscribers has led to a competition among Internet Service Provider companies. However, the population and resources used in the world are increasing, which will affect the sustainability of life and any business. This research aims at combining sustainability with a business model that creates value for these companies and the customers. Furthermore, one of the defects to these firms is the lack of a particular model for choosing services provided with a sustainable business model to the customers. In this paper, it is tried to identify current services and effectively sustainable indexes for choosing a service by analyzing sustainability. The business model canvas was chosen as the initial model to determine related sustainable indexes. Then a questionnaire was provided to experts in order to gather their ideas. After that, the mathematical multinational decision model was determined and solved by GAMS, based on the survey study. The group of services was chosen and provided due to the sustainable business model by focusing on the profitability of these companies. Flexibility and expansion under the specific circumstances of this model with the company's strategy are one of its advantages.
