About
I am a Master’s student in Linguistics at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities, University of Porto, and a research grant holder on the CiTiLink project at INESC TEC (Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology and Science). I am also a member of the Centre for Linguistics of the University of Porto. My research focuses on Semantics, particularly the temporal structure of clinical narratives, with the aim of improving diagnostic and therapeutic techniques through temporal reasoning systems. Previously, I completed a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and gained research experience in Clinical Biochemistry. My passion for language and literature led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Literatures, and Cultures (Portuguese and English) before starting my Master’s in Linguistics.
