Work description
The work plan calls for the following activities: - Conceptualize, develop, calibrate, and test a digital twin for a supply chain; - Develop and test generative AI and heuristic models to feed the digital twin; - Develop and test customer profiling models that enable personalized offerings; - Conceptualize, develop, and test AI agents that provide personalized assistance to employees.
Academic Qualifications
Ph.D. in engineering and industrial management, or a related field, with an emphasis on analytical methods and artificial intelligence.
Minimum profile required
- Ph.D. in engineering and industrial management, or a related field, with an emphasis on analytical methods and artificial intelligence.- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Preference factors
Experience in developing optimization, simulation, and reinforcement learning methods applied to operations management problems.
