Work description
The work to be developed consists of developing a recommendation system to assist the green purchasing process and promote more sustainable consumption. Machine learning tools will be used to segment customers based on their behaviour and level of engagement with green products, identifying different levels of propensity to adopt more sustainable consumption behaviours. For each identified segment, the recommendation system will use explicit as well as implicit factors of customer behaviour to make personalised recommendations for greener services and products. The system to be developed should be flexible and adjust to customers' behavioural evolution, namely based on context-sensitive recommendation models.
Academic Qualifications
Master.
