Work description
- Exploration of modern I/O libraries and storage security techniques - Preliminary evaluation of the libraries and techniques - Design and implementation of new storage features, focused on performance and security, that leverage these libraries - Experimental evaluation of the proposed features, demonstrating their potential to strengthen the protection of critical infrastructures against attacks
Academic Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Minimum profile required
- Knowledge of operating systems and data storage systems (i.e., file systems and/or block devices)- Experience in developing data storage features and optimizations for file systems and/or block devices- Knowledge of the C programming language- Knowledge on storage systems benchmarking
Preference factors
- Experience in developing data storage security features
