Microgrid solutions enable the deployment of very fexible and resilient self-consumption and renewable based energy communities. Its coordinated control capability for managing its local resources enabe the its autonomous operation in case of main grid interruptions. The work will focus in the development of a microgrid solution for distinct applications (e.g. industrial consumers, telecommunication infrastructures, etc.).
Master degree in electrical and computer engineering.
Minimum profile required
Solid Experience with Matab/Simulink or DigSilent: Power Factory.
Knowledge in power electronic inverters design and prototyping. Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
