Work description

- Support for the development and integration of software modules for autonomous robotic platforms for environmental monitoring applications; - Integration and calibration of sensors and data acquisition systems; - Participation in conducting experimental tests and validating solutions developed in a marine environment; - Analysis and processing of data obtained during tests; - Preparation of technical documentation, progress reports, and support for the preparation of scientific publications; - Collaboration with the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Center team in the technical and scientific activities of the project. - Writing the scholarship activity report.

Academic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree holder and master's student in electrical and computer engineering.

Minimum profile required

- Undergraduate GPA above 12;- Participation in scientific projects and writing scientific papers;- Basic maritime safety course (STCW);- Experience in maritime operations aboard vessels.

Preference factors

- Prior experience in designing and prototyping parts using CAD/CAM software, utilizing CNC machines and 3D printers; - Prior knowledge of programming languages ??such as C, C++, Python, PHP, and HTML; - Prior experience using operating systems such as Linux, Ros, and Windows.
