Work description
Within the scope of the CAGED project, it is planned to collect, annotate and manage a heterogeneous and large set of endoscopic examination data. The work of the scholarship holder will take place in the facilities of FCUP and are developed within the scope of this project, with the following main associated tasks: - Design and implementation of a data management solution for endoscopy exams, with adequate data security and privacy requirements - Support to the project team in the tasks of insertion, maintenance and query of data.
Academic Qualifications
The candidate must have a degree in computer science, informatics engineering or similar and be a master's student in Information Security, Data Science, or Network Engineering and Computer Systems
Minimum profile required
Degree in computer science, informatics engineering or similar with a final average grade of at least 14 points (out of 20 points).
Preference factors
Knowledge of distributed systems / cloud computing. Knowledge of security and data privacy. Software development capabilities.
