Work description
Digitalization of distribution networks contributes to improve grid monitoring and decentalized control. Increased inteligence particularly at the HV/MV substation will help manage the network facing the large scale integration of distributed energy resources.The work will focus in the development of improved decentralized voltage regulation strategies for MV networks, considering the possibility of bidirectional power flows and higher uncertatinty associated to load diagrams.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in electrical and computer engineering.
Minimum profile required
Experience coding in C++ or Python.
Preference factors
Solid in steady state power system analysis and tools. Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). Experience in the development of APIs.
