Work description

- Assessment of the state of the art regarding multi-technology offshore farm; - Define the necessary functionalities for multi-technology offshore farm; - Identify the required devices to operate a multi-technology offshore farm complying with advanced functionalities. - Conceptualize an offshore HUB capable of integrating multi-technology farms; - Develop a methodology for determining an optimal layout of the offshore farm in view of different criteria (investment, losses, reliability ).

Academic Qualifications

Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or similar

Minimum profile required

Solid knowledge on modelling and simulation of power systems - steady and dynamic regime- Knowledge related to the integration and provision of network support services by renewable power plants.

Preference factors

-Experience in modelling electric power systems for steady-state and dynamic studies. - Proficiency in using MatLab Simulink, DigSilent or PSS/E - static and dynamic regime - Know-how on optimisation methods tools.
