Management of Artificial Intelligence-based Systems
Work description
The work and training plan focuses on the development of a socio-technical model that specifies people-centred requirements for the management of AI-based production, integrating human, organisational and technological dimensions. Tasks: - Characterise models of human–AI interaction and collaboration; - Adapt and customise the Supply Chain Socio-technical AI Profiling Tool; - Define guidelines and tools for change management; - Study factors relating to trust, explainability and worker autonomy.
Academic Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Information Science, Industrial Management or a related subject.
Minimum profile required
- An average mark of 14 values for both the bachelor’s and master’s degrees.- One article published in an international conference proceedings or journal.
Preference factors
- Fluency in Portuguese and English - Candidate enrolled in or currently undertaking a PhD programme. - Solid knowledge of the development of socio-technical systems - Basic knowledge of generative AI and the design of AI-based systems.
