Work description
The work and training plan focuses on the development of a socio-technical model that specifies people-centred requirements for AI-based production management, integrating human, organisational and technological dimensions. Tasks: - Characterise human-AI interaction and collaboration models; - Adapt and specialise the Supply Chain Socio-technical AI Profiling Tool; - Define guidelines and tools for change management; - Study factors of trust, explainability and worker autonomy.
Academic Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Science or related fields.
Minimum profile required
- Average grade of 14 for bachelor's and master's degrees.- 1 article published in an international conference or journal.
Preference factors
- Fluency in Portuguese and English - Candidate enrolled in or attending a doctoral programme. - Solid knowledge of socio-technical systems development - Basic knowledge of generative AI and AI-based systems design.
