Work description

Application of signal processing techniques for features extraction. Application of machine learning techniques for classification of different classes based on extracted features. Assembly, documentation, testing and use of an innovative fiber optic system to collect scattering data from standard solutions and biological samples. Active participation in the writing of scientific articles related with this work.

Academic Qualifications

Master degree in biomedical engineering, electrotecnic or other similar areas

Minimum profile required

Knowledge in signal processing and machine learning techniques. Good knowledge using Matlab and Python for these applications

Preference factors

Previous knowledge in the analysis of optic signals. Previous contact with optic fiber systems for the acquisition of signals.
