Work description
The work to be developed consists of providing legal support to a research institution, by applying the national, European and international legal framework for research institutions to the organisation in all its aspects, from institutional to contractual activity. This support will include the preparation of contractual drafts, definition and negotiation of contractual conditions, monitoring of relations with external entities (e.g. Courts, Funding Bodies and Auditors) in order to ensure compliance with the institution's legal obligations, as well as the preparation of internal legal opinions. The work will involve the permanent need to update knowledge in order to guarantee the best and most appropriate legal framework.
Academic Qualifications
Master's degree in Law, with a specialisation in the legal-private area, namely in the areas of contract law and/or commercial law and/or law and management.
Minimum profile required
2 years' experience in a similar position;Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc).
Preference factors
1) Experience in legal support to research institutions or companies; 2) Training or practice in legal English; 3) Interest and previous contact in technological areas.
